VS2003: Change or Move location of VSwebcache folder

The cache is usually located at :-

C:\Documents and Settings\username\VSWebCache.

The path can be changed but only via the windows registry :-

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\VisualStudio\7.1\WebProject\OfflineCacheDir.
